About This Record. This is an original USA copy of Jimmy Reed's LP entitled "I'm Jimmy Reed" released on Vee-Jay Records VJ-1004 in mono format in 1958 on the original maroon (NOT colorblind) label. Please see my other 17 Jimmy Reed LPs I am listing, including other rare Maroon label Vee-Jay LPs by Jimmy Reed, as well as my Mississippi John Hurt, Slim Harpo for sale. I am listing about two dozen more today.

Cover: Very Good (VG). There is splitting on the spine in middle of about 5 inches, top seam split about 5 inches, bottom about one inch on opening edge. Otherwise nice with just light age wear. See photos.

Vinyl: Strong Very Good (VG). Just light paper marks. Plays strong VG+. This would be tough to upgrade if you can even find one on this label :)
Labels: Very Good Plus (VG+) labels because of wear around the spindle hole. Please see photos.
Shipping: All my records come carefully packed after I clean them on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place them in a new rice-paper sleeve equivalent so they will be ready for you to play.
