Description

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


MEGA RARE original Unicorn/SST blue label first pressing from November, 1981 with UNI/4 matrices and original "Anti-Parent" sticker dated 1981 in the bottom right hand corner on the rear cover placed over the MCA distribution logo by Unicorn Records!!!  After MCA distribution chief Al Bergamo heard the record he refused to release it, citing it's absence of "Redeeming Social Value" and, being a parent of two children, finding it "Anti-Parent", a term the band picked up and exploited to comic effect.  LP is VG+/VG++ with a few light scuffs and cover is VG/VG- with 2 small peel spots on the front at the top.  These original first pressings complete with Anti-Parent stickers rarely come up for sale so don't sleep.

NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE
VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
