PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
Off-the-charts rare Depeche Mode promotional lot!! LP is a gorgeous VG++/NM- and cover is VG with a small 1" spine seam. Gold promotional stamp in the top right hand corner on the front and rare pink hype sticker unique to promotional copies ONLY! Includes original printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics. Now for the real reason you're reading this. A pair of insanely rare original 12" x 12" double-sided in-store promotional displays issued by Sire in 1987. These were purchased from a former Tower Records (R.I.P.) manger who was a big Depeche fan and decided to keep a pair for her own private collection (which was staggeringly impressive). She told me that 99% of these displays were tossed after they were displayed or never displayed at all and then tossed. Staff saw them as disposable swag and clutter and as a result VERY few survived from the 80s. These are in astoundingly beautiful condition with just a tiny light stain on the very edge of the right hand corner near the top. NO tears, staple holes, peel spots, bends or creases WHATSOEVER. These are SERIOUS current and future Depeche collectables so don't sleep. This will most likely be the ONLY chance to ever own a promotional lot like this.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
