 1) The VISIBLY Graded Condition of the 45rpm. If we have a Picture Sleeve (PS) that is included with the 45 rpm, we will state and describe it.

2) If the 45 rpm has any drilled holes or punched out holes.

3) If the 45 rpm is a Promo

4) If the 45 rpm has any visable flaws or other issues.

We reserve the right to close auction with less than 24 hours remaining in auction if there are no bids on this item. If this is something you want, please bid early. We will never close an Auction early if there is a bid, except in the rare case that the item sold earlier on one of the many sites we sell our inventory.

Our QUALITY Shipping Standards:

You will be pleased with our excellent shipping standards. We PACKAGE and SHIP FAST all 45's or PS (Only) in Sturdy Cardboard Mailers made by Tharco (they retail for $1.50 each), that are designed to Protect your new investment while shipping. We place all vinyl in a protective plastic sleeve or plastic wrap, and if your item comes with a picture sleeve, we put the vinyl in a white sleeve. We then tape all four corners of the plastic securely into the mailer so the item does not move around in shipment and get damaged. We tape the mailer closed in a very specific manner to get ultimate protection from the box getting crushed. We hand write: FRAGILE - DO NOT BEND, on every order we send. It takes us about 15 minutes per shipment to locate your item(s), securely package as detailed above, and creating and sending a detailed email. Our shipping rates as detailed below include the actual shipping cost from the Post Office, plus our excellent packaging and handling as explained above. We feel we do not deserve feedback that complains about our shipping fees, and we monitor our feedback ratings, and buyers that leave low scores on shipping fees and shipping speed, will be blocked from buying from us in the future. If you don't like our shipping fees, please do not bid on our auctions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We are honest in our dealings with everyone, including International Customs. We Declare the Exact Price you paid on the winning Auction. We do not include the shipping fee in any customs declarations. DO NOT ask us to put a lower value on the customs forms. We will not honor ANY request to be dishonest in customs declarations.

 

We can Ship Internationally to Canada and Mexico by Air Mail for $$5.50 (NOT Insured) with each additional 45 rpm $1.00 when shipped at the same time. Note: Up to 3 (PS Only) can be shipped for $5.50 total, the next 3 additional add $1.00 total.
