Description
August 1953 Les Paul and Mary Ford SOLD 2 Million copies of VAYA CON DIOS. Glenn Wallichs, who was a founder of Capital Records made a special album for the Radio Stations to celebrate this success. The record has the same song on both sides and pays tribute to Les Brown and Mary Ford's success. The album has a gold label with COMMEMORATING 2 MILLION PRESSINGS. It also included a photo of Les and Mary with the writing, "Thanks a million - Two, in fact. Vaya Con Dios Les 'n' Mary.
