Long-time music loving vinyl/memorabilia hound here. Grading is very strict & satisfaction is guaranteed, bid/buy with confidence. All non-sealed vinyl has been cleaned, all records are graded both aurally and visually. I use NEAR MINT- to NEAR MINT (my highest grade)/EX/VG, w/ +/- variables. Yes, I combine shipping. No excessive shipping or 'handling' charges - buyer will pay approximately what the USPS charges me for shipping, give or take a bit. If I overcharge you excessively for shipping, you will be reimbursed the overage.  All U.S. packages are shipped via media mail, unless buyer requests otherwise.

Midwest Farm Disaster LP - BOB MARTIN (RCA Victor LSP-4770)

Original 1972 U.S. stereo LP. EXCELLENT singer-songwriter album that was sadly overlooked upon it's release, it's greatness only to be discovered decades later. The cover on this copy has some issues, but the vinyl more than compensates - disc looks/sounds ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR, near flawless. A 'must have' for 'outsider' SSW fans, most definitely. Includes original record company inner paper sleeve (w/ NO splits in any of the edges).

Disc = NEAR MINT- (HIGH GLOSS - only 1 faint hairline on side 1 prevents this from being ABSOLUTELY PERFECT vinyl; a STUNNING look, a KILLER listen)

Cover = see pix; lite ring/general wear on front & back; tiny wear in corners; small, lite diagonal crack in front upper left corner; very slight rub wear along front left spine edge; lite staining along front bottom edge; small crack (just barely the start of a seam split) in right corner of top seam; some wear on bottom seam; a pretty fair amount of cracking on spine; any questions?, please ask
