SUPER RARE PURPLE Vinyl pressing of NEAT 1002 LP, Original UK pressing of "Welcome to Hell" by Venom 

For those unfamiliar with this pressing, it is on "Grape" purple wax with some black marbling.

I'm sure this LP needs no introduction so I'll get right to the specifics.

Vinyl is G-, I listen to the LP with enjoyment, but there are a couple of tic/jumps that force me to give this one a low grade. I think the first track, Sons of Satan, has a faint tic/jump but I can't be sure (listen to the link below to judge for yourself) and then the rest of Side One plays through with some surface noise, mostly only audible between tracks and during points of low recording volume. Side two is the same, for the most part, though the surface noise may be a bit louder.  between tracks and during times of low volume.  Surface noise elevates to the level of tics at the close of Angel Dust culminating with a couple of tic/jumps during the backmask intro to In League With Satan. There is another slight jump about a minute in to that track. Marks are visible on the vinyl when held under the light. The labels are in pretty good shape; there are some spindle marks and some purple spots that seem to be bleed through from when the labels were affixed to the colored vinyl.

Cover is VG-,  The images on front and back are clean, but there are a couple of large corner crinkles and some edge and surface crinkling. Additionally, the spine and opening edges apparently frayed and split some time before I acquired the record. These were repaired with clear tape wraps.
