THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO The Velvet Underground & Nico (Verve Records 1967, V6 5008). Most likely, the only reason anyone will want this is because of the torso photo on the back (see picture).

SLEEVE CONDITION = Banana missing, lower right corner discolored. Top seam of back of gatefold has 3-4" split from the right corner. Bottom seam of back of gatefold has 5" split in the center. Name written in ink inside of gatefold. Much shelf wear, and ring wear is visible. 
VINYL VISUAL CONDITION = VG. Playable but has some mild cosmetic wear, and plays with some surface noise.
