Gatefold Jacket is Near Mint, has been protected w/ a plastic sleeve since purchased. The banana is still attached and has never been peeled. Obi is also intact and has never been removed - perfect. Vinyl is Near Mint! Played maybe once or twice, handled carefully. Insert is perfect, contains English on one side and Japanese on the other. Manufactured by Polydor K.K., Japan Catalog # 23MM 0191. Original list price 2,300 Yen. Comes w/ the original plastic sleeve which has a "Starship Imports" sticker on it and a US price tag of $19.99.
