Vinyl - Side 2 and 4 are Near Mint .
Side 1 has un-feelable scratch half way across record which causes 2 light tics at start only. Side 3 is same- 1 scratch across half the record, with 1 min light tics at very end of 'Ocean' track, very clean- Excellent Plus otherwise.

Sleeve- Has an ownership signature and date on back and is Excellent otherwise with only very minor wear
