VERY GOOD : Record shows wear, surface scuffs. The vinyl still has a great luster, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye. The flaws may cause some surface noise.
Good : The record shows more wear than V Good. The flaws will cause surface noise, but not as much as an Average Graded record. The vinyl will be duller than v good.
AVERAGE: The vinyl shows considerably more wear and is dull to the eye. The flaws will cause crackling, noise and hiss. POOR: The record maybe slightly scratched and will cause problems when playing. Sleeve/Inner Grade (The vinyl record is not considered when grading the sleeve) MINT COVER - No stickers address labels or writing on the covers or labels. No tears or seam splits. No wear to the cover. NEAR MINT - The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and or age. EXCELLENT - Artwork is still as close to perfect as can be. Some impression to the cover but no ink wear. Some slight creases to the corners, but not wrinkling. VERY GOOD - The artwork looks clean with slightly more aging. The back of the cover usually gives away the age of the cover. Minor ink wear may be apparent. White paper will be somewhat yellow yet no stains or mildew from water damage. Some minor wear to the seams or spine, but no tears or holes popping through. AVERAGE - The cover is aged with creases or cracks and/or some ink wear. There will be heavy creasing with some minor tears/splits apparent. POOR - Sleeve has ink wear or heavy creases, dents or major tears/splits or a combination of all. Inner will be yellow and with stains and may have heavy spine damage.
All of our LP's and Single Records are sent in Protective Record Mailers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition and proof of postage obtained. Should your item be damaged in transit, we will require photographic evidence of the damage before contacting Royal Mail or Courier to launch an investigation and claim compensation on your behalf.
Unfortunately we cannot reduce postage costs on higher priced vinyl records, or for items sent abroad, hence why we insist rare and higher priced records are signed for on receipt by recorded delivery.

Unfortunately we have to insist on this method of delivery outside UK for due to losses incurred as we are not covered by paypal if we use any other delivery method.
