Description
VASHTI BUNYAN - Just Another Diamond Day LP (UK, Philips 6308 019, 1970) An original UK copy of this legendary and much sought after British folk album, produced by Joe Boyd. Unfortunately this is not the mint copy you may have dreamed of, please read the description. I have also included a player which includes a full sound clip of both sides (each side plays as one track). This has been recorded on my sensitive player and no noise reduction techniques were used so what you hear is what you get. On the plus side, the sleeve is in fairly nice shape and would benefit someone who has a damaged or missing sleeve.
Condition:
Sleeve: EX-, the gatefold sleeve has a few very light marks but overall is still very nice, some seam wear and spine/corner wear (see pics) but no splits. The back cover has a few "thumbnail" creases at the opening edge. A few creases at the spine.
Disc: G, there are numerous hairline scuffs and light marks/scratches, if this were a "rock" album it might sound acceptable but due to the fragile sound on this LP, every fault is heard. There is pretty consistent surface noise and some marks cause "ticks". As mentioned above, I have recorded a full sound clip so please listen. The disc has been cleaned on a Loricraft PRC-3. The labels are clean, the inner sleeve is plain and not original.
