ATTENTION SKA/REGGAE COLLECTORS!
HERE IS A CLASSIC SKA/REGGAE COMPILATION ALBUM FROM 1969 ON THE TROJAN LABEL: "RIDE YOUR DONKEY". THE FIRST ISSUE IN MONO WITH 16 TRACKS. TTL 18. STRICTLY GRADED AS NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION! THICK VINYL. SOME FAINT SURFACE MARKS,A COUPLE OF MINOR-FAINT CLICKS ON A COUPLE OF TRACKS AND A LITTLE SURFACE NOISE HERE AND THERE BUT PLAYS GREAT WITH TONS OF BASS!

THE VAST MAJORITY OF COPIES THAT SURVIVE OF THIS LP ARE IN POOR SHAPE HAVING BEEN PLAYED ON OLD,HEAVY EQUIPMENT OR AT PARTIES WHERE DAMAGE COULD HAPPEN! THIS COPY IS THE EXCEPTION! VERY NICE!
SHARP,CLEAN LABELS WITH THE"ROUGH TEXTURED"EFFECT.
THE LAMINATED FRONT COVER HAS A FEW TINY EDGE CREASES AND A LITTLE FAINT STAINING + THE REMAINS OF A REMOVED STICKER AT THE BACK BUT NO WRITING,RIPS OR REPAIRS!
Now as most collectors know,there is SOMETIMES a problem that ebay cannot always seem to deal with quickly enough during the bidding process for this kind of music with fake and false bidders who spoil it for GENUINE collectors.
I am taking my chance on this and will try to block any suspicious bidders-If the top bid is false I will offer lower bidders a second chance offer,so GENUINE bidders get your bids in EARLY and that will be a cut off point IF the highest bid is NOT GENUINE. Thanks!
In the meantime,although it is tiresome to do,I would advise every seller to report EVERY false bidder to ebay to hopefully eventually end this TIMEWASTING problem although RECENTLY it seems to have been sorted but just in case-I will be ready to deal with it!
I CONSIDER £12 IS A BARGAIN START FOR THIS ALBUM-YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO FIND ANOTHER COPY FOR LESS AS GOOD IN 2013 OR BEYOND!!!!
ONE OF SEVERAL SKA/REGGAE ALBUMS FOR AUCTION THIS WEEK FROM ROCKING ERIC-CHECK 'EM OUT!
Over the years I have helped to add to the collections of many SKA/REGGAE collectors and given my experience, I am aware of the titles that are GENUINE RARE ITEMS.
Now of course for those who are"chained"to the record collector price guide books,for whom I am one of the main consultants, the prices are still a SUGGESTION and as we all know ACTUAL prices SOLD can vary.
The sellers on ebay who continually put"listed"or "list price"on everything should be aware of this!!!!
However based on how infrequently these albums are turning up it is quite possible there MIGHT be keen bidding on this title so be prepared at the last minute to increase your bid!!!
