I am in the process of selling my Record Collection. This is the only vinyl release UK Pressing of `Polydor Presents Rock Party` featuring some obscure artists such as Cat Mother, Savage Rose, Ferris Wheel, Jake Holmes, Fat Matress (see full list below) on Red Polydor label in 1970, a Double LP contained Box, only ever released on vinyl in 1970 and never reissued!
Vinyl (EX+) under bright halogen lights I can see just light sleeve removal scuffs these records look hardly played
Labels - Lovely Clean Red Polydor labels - just a few visible spindle lines
Sleeve (VG+) - Embossed Box Sleeve, Clear readable spine, Box sound with lid still firmly attached with some minimal wear (Please see photos for complete overview)

I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I dont cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
