2 great / Rock Steady / Early Reggae Hits compilations from Jamaica, both in great shape. Great place to start for the new JA music fan.
1) Various Artists - Old Hits from the Past - a great collection of Rock Steady & Early Reggae hits from Sonia Pottingers High Note label. If this isnt a first pressing, it’s certainly an early one, on the green High Note label. Vinyl sounds great, very clean, EX-. The cover shows some wear, VG+
2) Various Artists - Hottest Hits Vol. 3 - Another great compilation of Rock Steady & Early Reggae hits from Duke Reids Treasure Isle label. Compiled in 1975 with hits going back to 1967, this is an undated repress. I’ve had it in storage for at least 15 yrs, and it has been scarcely played. Both vinyl & cover are in EX condition.
