VANILLA FUDGE

RENAISSANCE (Mono)

**ORIGINAL 1968 MONO (587110) UK ATLANTIC LP **

This is a very rare Mono pressing of this LP, and in my opinion Vanilla Fudge where one of the greatest Psych bands of all time ,this is a really great LP that does not show up in Mono very often.

The Cover

The cover is a real hard one to get in top shape, this one has some general storage wear with a few creases and some ring wear to the back but is still fine for a black dark psych cover of this age. As you will see by the pictures below the cover still looks nice and the lamination still has a reasonable gloss. The cover grades Excellent Minus condition for the front and VG+++ fot the back (strict) with normal aging only ,there are no tears or splits. The cover was printed by Mac Neil press.

The Record
The LP plays well there is some light surface wear and a couple of surface marks but NO deep marks and the LP still has it's nice original gloss, there is a little light surface crackle with a few small clicks on the quieter moments but nothing serious( my own mono copy plays the same). The sound is still very powerful and what a great psych LP!!!! . I will grade the LP as a strict visual Very Good++ a very rare LP in mono and still clean.

The Labels

Both labels are in a nice Excellent condition, there are no tears or wighting.

The Inner Sleeve

The original correct polylined inner in Near Excellent condition with no tears or splits just some natural aging.

We use the UK grading system E.G. /VG / EX / MINT. We also use + and - if there are slight differences between the grades.
