Description
VANGELIS O PAPATHANASSIOU Earth FRENCH VERTIGO + Inner sleeve 6499 693!
ORIGINAL French LP, with fully LAMINATED sleeve and Black paper inner sleeve, released in 1973 on the VERTIGO label, Catalogue Number 6499 396. 1st French pressing, with colour Roger Dean "spaceship" labels.
Sleeve: EXCELLENT CONDITION
Mainly a clean sleeve in EXCELLENT condition, but displaying some light sleeve wear. Sleeve displays some small overlapping laminate edge cracks/creases on the top/bottom and spine edges, back spine edging has a thin strip of laminate lifting approx. 2 to 3 mms wide hugging the spine edge. Spine print is fully legible and intact. There are no rips/tears, no edge/corner wear, no seem splits, no writing and no deep lined sleeve creases. Comes complete with the original black paper record company sleeve, which is in VERY GOOD condition, mainly clean, but displays small side seem split and 7cms seem split on the bottom edge.
Record: VERY GOOD+ CONDITION
Record labels are MINT, superb clean appearance with no damage and no visible spindle hole marks evident. Playing surfaces are VERY GOOD+ in appearance displaying a few tiny visible surface scuff marks and some small/tiny ultra-light fine line/hairline types, which are mostly only visible when viewed and angled under a strong bright light. Surface scuffs are all light, very lightly scattered, not excessive and there is definitely nothing heavy that you can feel or that should adversely affect the sound.
