VAN MORRISON SAINT DOMINIC'S PREVIEW

Issue : UK 1st PRESS       Label : WARNER BROS        Catalogue No : K 46172       
Matrix : K 46172 A1/B1

This UK 1st press is on the green Warner Bros label. It is complete with the very earliest K 46172 A1/B1 matrix, the original plain inner sleeve and matt Shorewood Packaging sleeve. The album is also complete with the original lyric insert. Released in 1972, the album features Jackie Wilson Said, Gypsy,  I Will Be There, Listen to the Lion, Saint Dominic's Preview, Redwood Tree and Almost Independence Day.
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition. There is a sensational jet black gloss, every track gleams like new. There are no significant signs of play at all, just the lightest wispy hairline. The label superb; it is bright and clean, the green is bold and the black text is sharp. There is NO spindle wear, just one very faint spider mark. 
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There is still superb separation and clarity throughout.
The insert is is sensational, like new condition. The white is is still extremely bright, the text is sharp and the edges are firm.
The matt sleeve is in Excellent condition. This sleeve is delicate and shows wear very easily but we are pleased to say it is extremely clean and bright. The image is unworn and the text is sharp. There is just the slightest corner wear. The colours are  bright, the sleeve is solid and the spine is very firm with clear text.
