Description
This is an ORIGINAL 1986 WARNER BROS. RECORDS U.S. LP titled '5150' from hard rockers Van Halen with vocalist Sammy Hagar. It is Warner Bros. Records U.S. catalog number 9 25394-1. Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original custom inner sleeve with band logo, song lyrics, and album credits.

I'm going to grade the condition of this record as VG+ due to the presence of some writing in heavy black marker on the A-side label as can be seen in my accompanying image, even though the play surface of the record is a real nice EX with just a couple of light surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Condition of cover is VG+ with some contact wear, a few slight wrinkles, and some wear along the edges and on the corners. Custom inner sleeve has splits in the middle of all three edges and one other small tear which I have repaired with clear tape and some wrinkles and light creases.
