THE VAN DYKES, on MALA RECORDS  #584,  an original US 7" single at 45 RPM, not a boot, not a reprint, titled : SAVE MY LOVE FOR A RAINY DAY   written by Whitfield -c/w- TEARS OF JOY, written by R. Tandy.  Produced by Produced by Charles Stewart. 
 
CONDITION : The record is in-between Excellent to Near Mint Condition on the Save My Love side, bright, shiney, clean,  no scratches other than slight light surface marks and a small light scratch of about 6/7 grooves just after the beginning with slight audible sound as the needle passes, no skipping, plays loud and clear / the Tears Of Joy side is in Near Mint to Mint - Condition, bright shiney, clean with no scratches, slight light surface scuffs, marks.  The Label is in Near Mint Condition, printing applied directly to the record. I have had this record for almost 40 years in my WASS, The Warehouse of the Aisles of Sight & Sound.

Great for turntable or jukebox play, to expand the mind or the dance floor.

Records are generally GRADED VISUALLY UNLESS STATED specifically in the description stating condition after being played. The gradings are: Mint-, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good. I usually don't list Fair Condition records except in a very unusual circumstance. A Fair Condition may be overly scratchy and groove noise objectionable. Records are graded visually unless noted in the description.

A WORD ABOUT inferior pressing ingredients and some small label PRESSINGS:
At times, pressings of some small labels from the 50's and 60's were made with not the greatest of ingredients, with these inferior ingredients causing a small amount of under the music groove sound - this happened more often with small lable pressings than with larger companies, yet the the music is clear, present, and loud in your face and ears.

 U.S. buyer pays either $4.50 for FIRST CLASS flat mail (can take up to 9/14 days postal delivery), or $7.50 for Postal PRIORITY Shipping (2-3 day postal delivery). The record is packed sturdily for the trip. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / payment is $9.95 to all countries - packed very sturdily for the trip - mailed First Class Mail International Air. INSURANCE IS OFFERED. Insurance at the request and expense of the buyer. If you want Tracking under $150.00, it is added to the initial shipping at the expense of the buyer via Express Signature International or US Signature. IMPORTANT:  I am not held responsible if an item up to $150.00 is lost / does not arrive if you do not either insure the item or pay for tracking of the item, which is at the expense of the purchaser.
 If you order Multiple Records, the shipping is dramatically reduced for large savings (see below).
