On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Van Der Graaf Generator called "Pawn Hearts" and is an INCREDIBLY rare UK 1971 1st pressing on the 1st Press Pink Charisma label!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AND MASSIVELY RARE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS INSERT (MOST DONT HAVE THIS) AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1971 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS PINK CHARISMA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'PATENTS' INNER SLEEVE, MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS INSERT, AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' GATEFOLD COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL INSERT (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The Cat. No is CAS 1051 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Pink Charisma label (see picture) and is a 1971 Stereo 1st pressing!!!!
The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 1 TINY pressing mark (clearly from manufacture), only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO nasty loud pops, only a VERY few VERY soft clicks at the VERY beginning of one track (these stop almost immediately) from the TINY pressing mark, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss, and only some VERY occassional touches of MEGA low level crackle in a VERY few places (though mostly NONE)!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! THE MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS INSERT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION - apart from 1 crease from where it was originally folded and put inside the cover!!!! The 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Gatefold Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking), only some VERY light rubbing towards the top/bottom of the cover (though this is MILES better than most!!!!), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing, NO ringwear, and NO grubbyness!!!! The cover MUST grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND AS A 1ST PRESSING, AND RARER STILL TO FIND 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL INSERT - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
