Sensacional Soul Vol. 1: 37 Groovy Spanish Soul & Funk Stompers 1966 - 1976
A 37-track compilation of Spanish Soul music from the ‘60s and ‘70s! Spanish soul like this during the second half of the sixties was fuel for igniting dance floors and parties. It was an eruption that filled the locals of major cities and touristy spots with sweat, dance, diversion and recognition. Soul was approachable, but coupled with playfully vindicating references (messages in favor of civil rights didn’t fall on deaf ears in a country subjected to the Francoist Dictatorship). This made it an ideal style for all young audiences.
