a first pressing of the rare 2lp "Mersey Beat '62-'64" featuring bands from Liverpool ao FARON'S FLAMINGOS/ RORY STORM and the HURRICANES/ the SHAKERS/ SONNY WEBB and the CASCADES/ KINGSIZE TAYLOR and the DOMINOS/ MARK PETERS and the SILHOUETTES/ DENNY SEYTON and the SABRES/ EARL PRESTON and the TT'S as released on United Artists USD 305/6 in 1975 in the UK. (o)
What is nice about this compilation is that is does not concentrate on the ususla big names from Liverpool but instead on many obscure artists from that GREAT era!
Included also is an issue of the 1964 Liverpool music magazine "Mersey beat" (see second scan).
Lastly, the original innersleeves with reproductions of advertisements for Mersey beat products are also included.
This is a GUARANTEED 100% original first pressing!!

In an attempt to show the best possible pictures of lp's I am putting up for auction I use a large format scanner. This enables me to provide potential buyers with a GREAT view of the item. Unfortunately the scanner can not contain all of the surface of the lp; a small part of about 1,25 cm/0.5 inch is missing!

Due to the unreliability of the speed of standard airmail which has recently left many buyers waiting a long time for their records albums may now ONLY be shipped by priority airmail.
Postage for 1 album inside Europe will be EURO 8 and for 2 albums (or 1 double lp) it'll be EURO 10; outside of Europe for 1 album it'll be EURO 11 and for 2 albums (or 1 double lp) EURO 15. Please contact me in case you need registered mail or insurance. Because of repeated problems with the mail to France all orders over $ 25 from French buyers MUST be sent by REGISTERED mail which is euro 5 extra!
I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail if not sent by registerd or insured mail!

Due to the growing number of winners not following up on their winning bids I have adopted the following policy on payment:
1. After the auction has ended the winner will recieve a notice with instructions on payment etc.
2. I expect the winner to confirm reception of this email within 48 hours
3. After 2-3 days ONE notice will be sent if confirmation has not been recieved
4. Payment is expected within two weeks after the auction has ended.
5. After that ebay will be notified and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened.
