VA- Heavy Metal Holocaust (1981?) rare live 3 LPs Not Tmoq SEALED
Some or all of this was probably recorded in England on Aug. 1, 1981
Sound quality is mostly only VG
originally released in the early 80's in a box set
this is a reissue from the late 80's with a smaller front and smaller
back insert about half the size of the original and in a plain white jacket not a box
the pressing is not very good either
I listened to an open copy and on the last half of the last song on Record 2 side A it has a weird rippled look and a few isolated crackles Also there were some marks on the first song of that side and it too had a few isolated crackles. Maiden side had more crackles than normal for a new record. So this is not a high quality record so you should expect an inferior pressing with a few defects.
I would only recommend this for a completist who already has the box set but wants this slightly different version as well. If you only want or need one copy of this set you should wait until a used copy of the original box set comes up for sale or auction
