US Shipping and Handling Time: Standard economy shipping normally takes between 4 – 10 days from purchase to delivery but you have the option to upgrade to an expedited shipping service taking 2 – 4 days from purchase to delivery. Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and certain PO and APO address etc can take longer.

International Shipping and Handling Time: We ship ‘First Class International’ but you have the option to upgrade to the faster ‘Priority Mail International’ at an extra cost. Shipping times vary and delays may occur if an item is held at customs. Please understand that these issues are beyond our control!

Florida Residents: We must apply 6% sales tax to your item cost.

International: We always declare the true cost of items. We will not mark parcels ‘gift’. We will declare the true value on the customs form. Customer is responsible for all customs and duties which may be payable.

Returns Policy: If you have a problem with any item purchased please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem. We do not give ‘refunds’ but we will happily exchange any defective item by exchanging it for the exact same item.

Grading: We grade records and covers based on the ‘Goldmine’ standard – as follows:

Vinyl Records:

Near Mint (NM): shiny, no visible defects. Looks like it was just opened! No writing or marks on label. Correctly ‘center’ pressed.

Very Good Plus (VG+): Almost NM. May show some slight signs of wear including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect play. May have minor signs of handling such as marks around the center hole. May have light ring wear or discoloration.

Very Good (VG): May have more obvious flaws than VG+. May lack gloss on record, Grove wear is more evident, light scratching more visible. May have a slight surface noise when played.

Good:  Should play without skipping, but will have noticeable surface noise and groove wear. Label may be worn with writings, markings, ring wear, general damage to label etc.  

Covers:

Near Mint (NM): No creases, folds, seams splits or cut-out markings. No ring wear.

Very Good Plus (VG+):  Close to near mint but may be marred with a cut out mark, promo stamp, etc. May have light signs of handling such as creasing at corners. May have light signs of wear in vulnerable areas and a small amount of ring wear.

Very Good (VG): Will have more signs of wear such as small seams splits, some writing, possible a sticker or tape mark. Noticeable ring wear.

Good:  Will have more noticeable seam splits, maybe taped up. Obvious ring wear, writing, markings, etc.
