DESCRIPTION: Uriah Heep- Firefly LP. 1ST UK pressing with gatefold sleeve, printed inner, ILPS cat number and matrix ending A1/B1. Many more top condition Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, and other really clean classic and heavy rock to list over next few weeks. Many have only been played once or twice on top end equipment (to put onto tape) then been stored correctly over many years. Postage cost includes box/cruciform mailer and tracking. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Bronze ILPS 9483: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1977. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/VG+. Vinyl is immaculately clean with a mirror- like sheen. I cant really see any sign that this has been played. Played passages of this today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Plays NM, immaculate. Music is loud, clean, vibrant and clear. Cover is in nice clean shape. It is firm and square and has less than light edge wear (has 1" moderate to front edge of spine and a tiny graze to top LH front corner or sleeve would grade EX) , light cornerwear and negligible creasing. Inside of gate-fold sleeve is also really clean. Inner is immaculate, NM and without fault. Really clean labels- there is no spindle wear and i can see no spindle lines either- just check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER URIAH HEEP/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
