Description
Original issue with 767 Lexington Ave. NYC on both labels, deep groove. Leader, Urbie Green, trombone; Doug Mettome, trumpet, baritone horn; John Murtaugh, ltenor sax; Jimmy Lyons, piano; Dante Martucci, bass; Jimmy Campbell, drums. 6 tracks.
Cover: Good+ Intact with scuff marks near the top and bottom edges of the front cover. Moderate aging on both sides with some soil from ordinary handling and storage.
Record: VG++ Visually shows no wear. Some "haziness" on the record surface. There is 1 very light, short surface rub mark that is barely visible on 1 track. Neither the "haziness" nor the surface rub mark affect the sound. On Track 1, Side 2 there are a small number of light clicks that are barely audible. The same light noise occurs on Track 2, Side 2 with a few light crackles. The balance of the record has no noise. Overall, fine quality. Audibly checked.
