Super Rare!  Urban Waste, Police Brutality 1983 EP on 7" 45 RPM.  MSR2   Has oversided sleeve.  Includes lyric sheet but NOT the second insert with credits.  This is classic hardcore punk from New York City.

Grading:  Vinyl:  VG+  It looks great except for one surface line on Side 2 which plays through just fine.
Cover:  Is in tact, is NOT split.  ut has some discoloration, and some wrinkles.  Some wear on the black portions.
