REGGIE MILNER "MUSIC IN MY SOUL" UNRELEASED DEMO VERSION - 8" ACETATE
A RARE, ONE OF A KIND PIECE OF DETROIT SOUL MUSIC HISTORY FROM THE COLLECTION OF LEGENDARY RECORDING ENGINEER RON MURPHY (NATIONAL SOUND CORPORATION, DETROIT)

Notes: This acetate came from legendary Detroit producer and record engineer Ron Murphy's collection and is most likely the only copy in existence.
This unreleased demo version has less drums/percussion with more of a focus on the piano and voice.
The other side has a faster tempo and fuller drum section like the version released on Ron's Records in 1966 (R-45-01).
The outer grooves are short test cuts of the song, which are done to make sure the settings were correct before cutting the full song which comes after.
