Description

Unknown, undocumented vinyl single (NOT an acetate) on the famous R G Jones custom label Oak.  This is a test pressing, so both sides have plain white labels (as per the scan) with catalogue number RGJ706A and RGJ706B etched into the run-out grooves.  Sorry, don't know who the group is, but the song is called 'I'm Eighteen'.  The A-side is a fairly light pop-psych treatment of the song, but the longer B-side has a much heavier (slightly reminiscent IMO of the Who circa 'Tommy') version of the song complete with extended guitar solo.  Snippets of both sides can be heard via the following links.

Disc, which was obtained from a former R G Jones engineer many years ago, is in beautiful mintish condition.
