I am using this scale to rate each record. I'll do my best by conservatively grading each one.

N-   Looks to be new. If played, you couldn't tell.

E+   Fantastic copy. No wear, marks or scuffs. May have been played a few times and well taken care of.

E     Excellent. Still no wear, shows signs of handling, but nothing major. No marks or scuffs.

E-    A shade under Excellent. Starting to see a small amount of groove wear and handling. Not bad still plays great.

V+   Starting to see groove wear and definite signs of use. Still an acceptable copy, plays fine with no problems. Better than average record.

V     Groove wear and signs of use definitely present. Record will play through with no problems. You will notice surface noise (possibly). Light scratches and or scuffs possible but will not affect play unless noted. No stressed grooves.

V-    Record is worn. Record will still play through. You will have definite surface noise and possible stressed grooves. Scratche

s and digs will be present, but will track ok if not noted

I am getting rid of almost my entire Uncle Josh (Cal Stewart) collection. I've enjoyed them and figured it is time to pass them along to somebody else who will get enjoyment out of them.

Emerson label-Uncle Josh In The Cafeteria/Train Time At Pum'kin Centre. Both Sides are "V" Condition.

Victor Label-Uncle Josh Buys a Victrola/Opera at Pun'kin Centre. Both Sides are "V+"

Victor Label-Uncle Josh's Troubles in a Hotel/Uncle Josh at the Circus. Both Sides are "V+"

Victor Label-Uncle Josh On a Street Car/Uncle Josh and Aunt Nancy Visit New York City. Both Sides are "V+"

Columbia Label- Ground Hog Day At Pumkin Center/Uncle Josh At the Circus. Both Sides are "V"

Columbia Label-Uncle Josh And Aunt Nancy Put Up The Kitchen Stove/Uncle Josh At The Dentist's. Both Sides are "V"

Columbia (single Sided) Label- Uncle Josh and Aunt Nancy Go to Housekeeping. I would rate this one between "V and V+" Label is in great shape.

Columbia Label- Uncle Josh At A Meeting Of The school House Directors/My Old Kentucky Home (not uncle josh, but a good classic tune). Both Sides are "V"

Victor Label-Uncle Josh's Trip to Boston/Uncle Josh's Arrival in New York City. Both Sides are "V+"

Victor Label-Uncle Josh and the Fire Department/Uncle Josh at the Roller Skating Rink. Both Sides are "E-"

Victor Label- Uncle Josh in a Cafeteria/Uncle Josh and the Honey Bees. Both Sides are "V+"

Columbia Record (single sided) Uncle Josh Joins the Grangers. I'm rating this one as "V-" only because it has about an inch long scratch through the groves, but otherwise it is in very good shape. Playing it on my Victrola I barely hear the scratch (if at all-may be my imagination).

Columbia Label- Uncle Josh Invites City Folks To Visit Him on His Farm/Two Rubes In An Eating House (not uncle josh, but Stanley and Harlan) Both Sides are "V+"

I laughed At The Wrong Time/Ticklish Ruben (Cal Stewart AKA Uncle Josh) Both Sides "V+".
