PHANTOM RAIDERS - ....New Sound '67 LP on the Justice label, JLP-151, from around 1966. Ultra rare original US pressing of a real primitive surf garage punk album. Not many known copies of this one around, one of the rarest on the legenday garage Justice label. These guys were really young, the lead guitarist was only 11 years old, the other 3 guys are 13-14 years old! Instrumentation is 4 guitars, drums and vocals. Includes 12 tracks, songs are Steppin' Stone, Stickshift, Gloria, Daytripper, Devil With Blue Dress On, New Sound '67, Walk Don't Run, I'm a Believer, Pipeline, Last Kiss, Wipeout. The top and bottom seams looks to be repaired with glue. Top seam may looks to have been colored in, in spots, with black marker. Also has a bit of tape glue stain on top and bottom seams where it looks like tape was removed. Has a few small surface tears on front by top and bottom seams. Overall, the cover is in at least, VG+ condition. Label has small writing on both sides. The disc looks VG-, disc has many, mostly light scratches. Plays OK with some light ticks and some surface noise, but no skips. A reasonable reserve. Winner pays for shipping. Please view our other auctions. Thanks.
