BEST PRICE ON eBay as of 8-31-2016.  One other copy sitting at $59 (incl. post.).

Beautiful copy of this hard to find obscure folk duo from north of Denver. The disc is excellent (plenty of gloss) and the cover is remarkable for being 36 years old. Very rare private press by Utah St. John, a duo out of the Fort Collins, Colorado area.  "Utah" Mike McGuffey and Robert St. John create a mountain sound, with fine picking in an acoustic jazz vein. There are also tracks featuring dreamy psych.

I was a night manager for two different top notch record stores in Boulder, Colorado the year this LP was released and the year after.  We had a few copies in 1980 and that was it. It just disappeared and I never saw another copy. I haunted thrift shops and garage sales and flea markets and I never saw another one.

Stored vertically in a smoke free environment for over 30 years.
