NEIGHB´HOOD CHILDR´N - Same ( Acta A-38005, US 1967 )
Here we have a rare original copy of this excellent psych rock classic. The nucleus of the band come from Oregon, but stayed this time around the San Francisco area - the label was based in Hollywood / California and was a sub label of Dot Records. Musically the album has all the right ingredients for a 67 recording - spacey ventures, fuzz breaks, sunshine pop psych flashes, "AIrplane" influences, acid moves and the beautiful female vocals from Dyan Hoffmann.
The cover is in very good plus (vg+) condition, has some wear and tiny seamsplits on seams, spine is okay, very very light beginning of ringwear, has a cutout on the left top seam.
The record is in top excellent to excellent plus (ex/ex+) condition, only a few lonesome hairlines / paper scuffs are seeing.
