NICO - Chelsea Girl (Verve V6-5032, USA 1967)

The excellent debut album from Christa Päffgen (aka Nico) - recorded in April / May 1967 and released in October the same year. This is the 1st US original pressing on the "Blue Verve" label with "MGM Records - A Division Of Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Inc. - Made In USA" reading on the bottom of the label. For me a timeless masterpiece with the dark songs and her deep voice, the inventive string arrangements, the decent electric guitar flashes (from Lou Reed and Jackson Browne)..........

The cover is in very good plus (vg+) condition, shows wear on and around the corners, tiny wear on seams, some wear on spine. Has a cutout hole on the bottom left sdide.

The record is in top excellent to excellent plus (ex/ex+) condition
