JOSEPH - Stoned Age Man (Scepter SPS-574, USA 1969)
"Joseph" aka Joseph Longeria from Texas recorded this album with some mates in Memphis / Tennessee in 1969. Here we have an original white label (think a promo - but is not noticed on label or cover) pressing. Musically a great bluesy psych rock album with growling vocals, fine guitar work, an incredible cover version of "House Of The Rising Sun"....
The cover is in very good (vg) condition, showing wear on corners and bottom spine, some wear on spine, several crinkles. The seams are taped with clear tape (think for protection) - NO splits or writings...
The record is in very good plus (vg+) condition, showing several paper scuffs / hairlines and surface marks - NO feelable or deep scratches. Plays fine with occassional surface cracklings in the background or here and there some soft clicks - But NOT in a loud or disturbing way

Imortant: Please don´t bid on "G" or "VG" records, and then you are disappointed if you don´t become a MINT copy - unfortunately this is not possible. Also you are bidding on vinyl records - and NOT CDs - that means, that also new records made some surface cracklings here and there and some of the old (especially privat pressings) are NOT hifi demonstration records !!!
