Description

This is an auction for the debut Lp by Uriah Heep entitled Very 'Eavy Very 'Umble. This copy was released in the Uk on the Swirly Vertigo in 1970 Catalogue number 6360 006. It has the matrix number 636 0006 1Y//1 420 and 636 0006 2Y//1 420.

The Vinyl is visually in Very Good- condition with light marks to both sides. It still has a nice sheen to it and plays through without any skips or jumps. There is some background noise throughout which is louder on Side 2 but i still enjoyed listening to the Lp. I would also grade the audio as Very Good-. The labels are also in Very Good condition and free from writing.

The Gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition with light storage wear to the spine and edges and some laminate creasing. It still looks great when it is opened.

Overall a nice playable copy of this classic Lp.

Grading:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc
