Play grade is VG (so LOW start!)...Sleeve grade EX minus....

Their classic first album and one of the finest heavy prog albums ever!...
Issued on Vertigo in 1970..6360 006..UK pressing complete with Vertigo inner bag..
This play grade on this is variable so I have graded it as VG..Here are the details so see what you think..The A side does have some crackle and a few light pops but as it's such a loud album,this only shows on the track links and on "Come Away Melinda" (play grade on this track is VG minus at best) ..The B side has less crackle,but there are a couple of pops at the beginning of the first track..I got to admit the crackle did not interfere with my enjoyment of this album!..
On a visual grade,it comes in as VG minus at best..The A side has some visible but light scratches and some light hairlines and small scuffs..The B side looks worse with a couple of noticeable scuffs and small scratches.. (it's ironic that this side,though it looks worse than the A side,plays BETTER than that side!)..I got to admit that my hopes were not high for this album!..But,it plays OK!..
The disc plays flat on the turntable with no edge warps..There are no skips or jumps..
The labels are undamaged,but there is a bit of discolouring around the B side centre hole and there is visible spindle wear..
The gatefold sleeve grades as Ex minus..There are a few light laminate creases and a little wear to the corners and edges but it has no serious defects or damage..
There are no seam splits,rips, tears,scribble,stains,sellotape or tape marks..There is minimal discshape and all the text on the spine is legible...
The Vertigo inner bag is a bit discoloured and has a few creases but has no seam splits..It still has the polythene inner bit.
UK buyers are welcome to collect this in person or collect it from The Southend Record Fair (13th May,10th June)....where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale...NEW VENUE for this fair is West Leigh Schools on the A13..SS9 2JB..

There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!..
The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.

Shipping
All items are securely and professionally packed..Records are shipped out of their jackets to prevent seam splits..If there is an inner sleeve or a picture sleeve,then the disc will be packed in a plain white sleeve.. I try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum,byut Paypal don't help by taking commission on the postal costs!!
