                       URIAH  HEEP  " VERY 'EAVY...VERY 'UMBLE " COLLECTABLE ALBUM

                                         Released in 1970 on the VERTIGO Label 6360 006

                                                            Condition:-  EXCELLENT ++

                     I bought this Album in 1970 the week it was released as a special order in my local record
                     shop.  It was never put out on display for the public to handle.  It was played on a high
                     quality turntable for that era (Thorens 125 turntable with SME arm and Shure V15 cartridge)
                     It was always cleaned with a high quality cleaner and stored in a plastic outer sleeve for
                     protection.  I am not a record dealer and have never been one, I am just selling my own
                     private Album collection.

                                                                      THE  COVER

                    The COVER is in EXCELLENT ++ condition.  It is a GATEFOLD COVER in a VERY CLEAN
                    HIGH GLOSS finish.  All the CORNERS are FIRM and TRUE, with no scuff marks.  The
                    SLEEVE opening has no wear and is free from any fraying.  The INSIDE COVER looks like
                    NEW, with no sign of any wear.  The SPINE is beautifully CRISP and SQUARE, with the writ-
                    ing extremely clear.  The FRONT COVER has only a few very light creases.  The BACK
                    COVER has two parallel fine light scratches just on the laminate surface near the bottom
                    edge, barely noticeable.  For a  COVER of 38 years old, that has been in my collection since
                    it was released, it is in a remarkable condition.

                                                                     THE  VINYL

                    The ALBUM is in an EXCELLENT ++ condition.  It comes in the ORIGINAL  "VERTIGO"
                    SLEEVE.  The VINYL has a HIGH GLOSS finish and is EXTREMELY CLEAN.  There are
                    no scratches or finger marks, and it is free from pops and crackles.  The LABELS look like
                    NEW, except for a minute SPINDLE mark on Side 2. barely noticeable.  I was knocked out
                    by the SOUND QUALITY of this Album, it was both CLEAN and DETAILED without any
                    SURFACE noise.  This is quite rare !  It has not been played for 34 years and the TEST
                    PLAY on my REGA PLANAR 3 with ORTOFON cartridge sounded SUPERB !
