1971 6360 028 VERTIGO STEREO
ORIGINAL UK 1ST PRESS ON THE MEGA-RARE VERTIGO SWIRL LABEL
IN ALL ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH CORRECT DATED INNER SLEEVE TOO!
PLAYGRADED: not simply glanced at with a superficial visual grading, fully played and graded throughout (listened to on headphones - the most revealing playgrade method, with no exterior audio distractions)
OUTER SLEEVE:
Original gatefold unlaminated sleeve in good condition with some wear to spine and edges but no seam splits.
TOP AND BOTTOM EDGES
Some colour loss but not worn through to create a seam split, still pretty good given the age!
OPENING EDGES
Minor thumbing and light wear.
SPINE
Still legible, reasonably square, not too bad.
VINYL:

On both sides there is an 'X' after the 'Y' in the matrix that has then been crossed out.
Looks quite nice with a glossy sheen. Does have a few light scratches but nothing serious. Plays through perfectly without any jumps or sticks at all. There is light background crackle on run ins and in between tracks, audible on quieter moments but mostly covered by the loud music. There are some occasional 'ticks' but quite far back in the music, not overly prominent. VG copy.
LABELS:
Nice and clean with thankfully NO graffiti. Quite a few faint spindle traces.
INNER SLEEVE:
Original poly lined swirl inner sleeve with correct date code too - nice to find! - 0171.
Condition is very good with no seam splits, but poly inner is loose inside the sleeve.
POSTAGE AND PACKING:
I recycle as much existing material as possible and reuse record mailers if they are of good enough quality. Edges and corners are reinforced with packing tape. Stiffeners are used to strengthen and support the record.
Vinyl is removed from the outer gatefold to prevent any 'knifing' to the outer sleeve.
I ship in the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class as it's a little cheaper for buyers. A certificate of postage is obtained for every item. Signed for delivery is available on request at extra cost. Please ask.
