A MASTER BLASTER of heavy progressive rock. I saw the band play live on tour promoting this album at the Hammersmith Odeon (supported by the Heavy Metal Kids) and I went straight out and bought this album the very next day! It's remained one of my favourite Heep albums, not least because of the incredible artwork and the title track that rocks like a mad amalgam of Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin. For me, this is where Heep started to get really interesting pushing the boundaries of their sound and with the inclusion of John Wetton on bass the possibilities were pretty much endless.

A truly great album from a time when music, especially heavy rock, was at the zenith of creativity.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Super nice condition. Spindle marks on labels and only minor scuffs from sliding in and out of the cardboard inner sleeve. Minimal signs of use. Grades as MINT-!

Cover: Again, virtually no signs of use.  Issued in a beautifully illustrated gatefold cover. Sharp corners, no ding, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is straight, stiff and uncrushed. Beautiful and impossible to find like this 40 years after release! As you know, its almost impossible to find copies of this album with a decent cover - this one is about as good as it gets. Grades as MINT-!
