URIAH HEEP - LIVE AT THE COUNT DOWN CLUB, BERLIN GERMANY 29 December 1970 - MEGA RARE LP + SINGLE on TRANSPARENT CLEAR VINYL - IN ARCHIVE MUSEUM QUALITY TOP MINT CONDITION.
Mega rare issue of this legendary hard rock band with rare recording of one of the early shows with fantastic setlist with rarely played Simon The Bullet Freak. Recorded in Count Down Club in Berlin, Germany on 29 th December 1970. Side two is complete performance of Salisbury and on bonus single you get Gypsy. Released on beautiful clear transparent vinyl with picture labels. I have never heard about or seen this one before and have no idea of its origin. On the insert says : HEEP BOYS PRODUCTION HBP 001/7. Sound is very good, show is great packed with stage energy and the band is in great form. Great late Byron is singing in his best voice and Salisbury is fantastic side long rare live version.
I will try to give as accurate and strict description as I possibly can. ( if you check my feedback you will see that my grading is honest and strict )
Pasted on white sleeve is in perfect condition, without any edge and corner wear. Front of the cover has pasted on insert with great stage photos, presumably from the show and is without any blemish, perfect and also the back is the same. Spine is strong, straight, no compression whatsoever. I can easily grade cover at least strong NEAR MINT but only because it is not new but actually it is MINT. Check the photos for details and ask any questions before bidding for more information.
Record is in immaculate condition, with no evidence of play, bright, shiny clear transparent vinyl, no marks , no hailines, no scratches, no scuffs, IMMACULATE MINT visual condition !
Picture labels are MINT, without any spindle marks, bright, clean white with no writing.
Record plays straight and track perfect, without any background noise, no pops and clicks, with great sound for the period. Playgraded as NEAR MINT. You will hardly be able to find another like this one, rare and collectable record in fantastic condition.
Bonus single in the same transparent clear vinyl has the track Gypsy in two parts, starts at A side and continues on the B side, single plays at 33 1/3 RPM.
