I came into possession of this acetate in 2021, where I also shared audio from it on my own YouTube channel Doowops4Ever.


COLLECTORS should know, this is an ACETATE... not a normal 45 you could casually play to listen to. This acetate has seen better days. Scans reveal that part of the playing surface has begun to chip off around the edges. I do not guarantee in any way that this acetate will play without issue on your own setup.


In my own opinion, I wouldn't try to play this acetate again for the sake of preserving it. When I played it to get a full length rip from it, I noticed how fragile the playing surface was. I've only played it 1 time since owning it and that was to get a full length audio recording of this lo-fi gem.


I therefore grade this acetate as a G or even P depending on how you look at it. Does it play? Yes. Would I play it? NO. These acetates are extremely delicate and should be preserved as much as possible. I would keep it, but I need to thin out the herd. I know another serious Group Harmony collector will treasure this as much as I have.
