The disc is in excellent condition. An information data sheet of track details is provided. The UK release of SXL 2010 has only the piano concerto No. 4 and the piano sonata is from SWL 8016. The remarks indicates this record was made in England from the metal mother specially produced for King's Record Co. Ltd. Japan, though I am not sure if this was how it was released in Japan. If this is not the case, then you are looking at an unique on-off record.
