Gatefold issue with insert, press release and glossy 8x10 promo photo.

Record is in VG++ condition : super clean, a few faint surface scuffs/ hairlines visible under strong light. Close to NEAR MINT.

Sleeve is in VG condition : edge/ corner wear (mostly at spine), crease top left corner, promo cut top right, front / back retain factory gloss and look good, light ring impression.

Insert is creased w/ small tear at top, promo items are in great condition.
