Super-rare first UK pressing with PUSH-OUT CENTRE LABELS (see scan)...and not one of the easier to find solid centre label pressings. You are bidding on the original first UK pressing (ERSTPRESSUNG), issued on Belfast’s finest punk & powerpop label ‘Good Vibrations’ records in 1978 (catalogue number GOT 4). This is the original white folder sleeve. The same in white wraparound sleeve sold on eBay, in June 2010, for $192 and in June 2009 for $152 (US). The Teenage Kicks EP includes the extremely powerful non-LP track ‘Smarter Than U’ which will knock your head off. You can also listen to the all-time classics ’True Confessions’ (single version) and ‘Emergency Cases’. It is difficult, quite frankly, to think of another EP from this, or for that matter any other, time that has four total winners. Any of them could have been chosen as the title track although undisputedly, the appetizer remains the true title holder. The great John Peel was known for spotting talent when he heard it, and it was famously his favourite record. But even my Grandma would have backed a true winner here. It`s infectious, can be listened to a hundred times and you still beg for more. Your collection of Punk records will be that much richer for this addition. Cult record !!!!

Versand / Mailing: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen 7“ Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special 7“ record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
Bezahlung / Payment: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal.
