Description
On offer here is an IMPOSSIBLY rare and in demand Rock 'N Roll'/DooWop 45 (especially in this condition!!!!) called "It Happened Today" by The Skyliners. The B side is called "Lonely Way". THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY RARE 45 AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! DON'T MISS OUT!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1959 UK 1st Pressing on the London label HLU 8971. Any fan of The Skyliners, the Rock 'N' Roll/DooWop sound, or 50s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition with NO writing and NO wear and NO spindle marks!!! Most of these 50s 45s had been to wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. HOWEVER, THIS RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK and is strictly graded at MINT, believed to be UNPLAYED!!!! Believe me this 45 is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brilliant!!!!
