Description

I'm a collector selling off my lifetime collection, not a retailer or a continuous E-bay seller.
Please bid with confidence as I have worked very hard for my 100% feedback. I will describe honestly with as many details as I would have liked to know as I once collected. I use Goldmine standards with many relevant pictures. Please look closely and feel free to ask any questions I don't accept returns unless there is a really good reason that we both can agree on. I will continue to list everything until its gone due to health reasons. 
This record will be shipped in a new LP mailer and packed as I would expect to receive-Professional, no pizza box or newspapers. All seams taped.

RECORD CONDITION:
  • Side 1 play graded mint minus, plays with beautiful fidelity and is very clean-only a 1 second pop in the quiet part of Out In The Street keeps it from NM. ( barely noticeable)
  • Side 2 play grades Near Mint-plays with beautiful fidelity and is very clean.
 
COVER CONDITION:
  • NM to M- in original shrink.
  • Includes a Mobile Fidelity anti-static sleeve.
  • No corner dings, no bottom wear, rich color very nice.
  • Spine is centered and legible, no noticeable ring wear.
  • Stored upright in a clear re-sealable sleeve.
  • No cut-out (drill) holes.
  • No cut-out corners
  • No saw-marks            
  • No writing      
  • No water damage

I don't believe you will find a better copy unless it is sealed. Good Luck! I've been collecting a long time and this is the nicest copy I've ever come across.
