Description

I'm now listing about 200 rock and pop LPs from the 70's and 80's. A friends partner is expecting his first child at age 60 and needs to raise some money. Most of these are Excellent to Near Mint condition with the original shrink wrap, if they came with it. Some were bought in South Africa so English albums, not wrapped for domestic consumption, will have it.  Most of these records have been played once or twice to put them on cassette tape and again to convert to mp3. Otherwise they have been stored upright in soft plastic sleeves in stackable record containers.

This is a copy of the LP The Joshua Tree by U2, first US issue from 1987 on Island Records 7 90581-1 (spine)  90581-1 (labels).

The etched matrix nos. are  ST - 1L 876295 - A DMM MASTERDISK 2 - 2  and   ST - 1L - 876296 - A DMM 2 - 1  MASTERDISK

The vinyl is in Excellent condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are spotless with no stains, spindle lines, writing, stickers or scuffs.

The cover is in Near Mint condition with it's original shrink wrap. There are no tears, scuffs, writing, splits, stains, shelf wear or ring wear. The spine is perfect. The cardboard feels crisp and sharp. The stickers on the front are on top of the shrink wrap. The cover has never been opened out as the shrink wrap is intact. As far as I can see the inside facing panels have never become stuck together.

The poster / lyric sheet insert is also near Mint.

The generic, rounded corner, white paper inner sleeve just has a couple of faint handling creases.

Comes from a smoke free home.
