Description
Cool Vintage 80s (1984) shaped picture disc! U2 vinyl record (45 rpm single) of The Unforgettable Fire/ A Sort of Homecoming. Vinyl only, no sleeve. Measures 8.5" x 7.5", playable record 7". Same image both sides, large "U2" outlined in red with color photo montage of the band inside the letters. ISP220 A, Island Records.
Appears to be in near new condition. I have only displayed this in my collection, not tested on a turntable. Selling as display collectible and not guaranteed to play. I have noticed on all the other ones like this that have been listed that the back side is bright white and the pictures are bright and the front side has a faint sepia tint or tea staining from UV. This one is the same, although it is lighter than a lot of them. Inside the vinyl, the picture has a small tear at the junction of the circle and the "2", from manufacturing, see pic. No issues, damage, stains, or odors, from non-smoking home. Sales are final (no returns) and items are sold AS-IS so please examine all photos and read text carefully to ensure item meets your approval. Please ask if you’d like me to email additional photos.
